Our operators are trained to answer product questions and place orders, but do not have access to our customer order database. Therefore, if you have a question about a previously placed order, please use the form below to contact customer service.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be received on the same day BEFORE the order is sent to the warehouse for shipment. It is impossible to stop an order once it has been sent to the warehouse.

RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email our returns department and we will arrange for the return shipping and will refund your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
